So the judge is taking issue with the process Ross used in putting the question on the census form. Like another poster up the thread said, go through regular process and it will be fine. LOL
How can you not ask if someone is a U.S. Citizen? I don’t get it.

What country are you a citizen of? Perfectly reasonable question of someone OCCUPYING ours, for our government to know where its resources are being WASTED.
Sort of like France maybe asking the Abteilung infiltrators— if they were from Germany.
This is invasion this horde— it has to be stopped in every way... including the Census.
These liberal judges are morphing into the judicial version of the “Merry Pranksters” of the ‘60s. They’re not upholding the law, they’re just trying to make trouble for an Administration they don’t like.

One thing the Mexican Constitution has that we should consider doing.Mexico has no hyphenated Mexicans. A better solution would be to write said congresscritter and tell them they should start impeachment of said judge. Then tell the congressman you are watching how they react to this. It is lawful to add whatever questions needed on the census. The Judge took and oath to follow the law. There is NO fuzzy area here. They could ask everyone if they believe UFO's are already here if they want to. They have asked how many toilets you have and other questions that have nothing to do with counting people. Counting illegals DOES concern counting people.
One more thing. If the illegal decided not to answer the question, an ICE agent could visit or at least watch the place. If he did answer truthfully, well, too bad. If he lies, that is another crime as perjury pertains to the Census also. If a Dem is elected in 2020, then nothing would happen, but at least the info would be there on record.
I remember getting the idiotic long form census during the Barry Soerto Administration and threw it away immediately and just ignored the census door knockers.
Congressional seats and electoral votes are determined by total people, not citizens.
California would lose 7 congressional seats and electoral college votes if the 5 million illegals and non-citizens were not used in their count.
Illinois and New York would probably lose 1 each, as would Florida.
So it’s important for the democrats not to lose those 10 votes and seats, and they gave their instructions to that Obama judge.
So when do the hangings of the judges begin?

I always put the answers that I feel best reflect my self-identity, even if they conflict with liberals bigoted assessment of me as a middle-aged white male. :-)
My bet is NYS loses 2.
