My bet is Castro knows someone who builds and sells ankle bracelets.
Why don’t we just PAY Honduras to keep them there. Lets just build a wall on the Mexico border with Guatemala border. I would be a lot cheaper. We can hire all the Mexicans. Pay them $5/hour or less. The border with Mexico/Guatemala is not very long. We could probably do it for a $300 million.
Maybe we should put ankle monitors on members of Congress to make sure they show up to work occasionally.
