mail rooms sort the mail all the time. I know at companies I have worked for junk mail never made it past the mail room in to the building.

Now, government might be different, but I doubt it. If they say they don’t want it I doubt it would be delivered to their office.

Shilly shallying around in a courtroom is inconsistent with the nature of an emergency. If a court presumes to tell the POTUS that his declaration of an emergency is invalid, any such court ruling must include a stay of the court’s order pending confirmation by SCOTUS.

It is, after all, the nature of an emergency that it requires action now. If the president calls something an emergency he perforce must act as if it is an emergency. Refusal to grant the stay would be provocative action by the court.

The counterargument would be that this issue has been festering for years and even decades, and thus is not an emergency. And the counter to that is that the water is about to boil the frog.

All you got to do is, when that pollster calls to ask your opinion of the President, just tell them you think he’s doing a great job. When his polls get to about 55% favorable, the rat leadership will beg for a wall.
