Yup.

If she had been born AFTER they had both been here five years and applied and received citizenship, she’d be eligible.

However she was born only four years after one was here and three years after the other, meaning she was born to foreign parents, neither of whom had us citizenship at the time,

therefore,

INELIGIBLE to be President.

She was born in the US. The status of her parents has nothing to do with her eligibility.
