Fox & Friends apologized on Monday after briefly airing a graphic suggesting that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is dead.
As the show came back from commercials, they briefly showed a graphic of Ginsburg with the caption 1933-2019. The image was on screen for only a brief period of time before it was dismissed for Ainsley Earhardt‘s upcoming interview on campus culture.

Personally, I think she actually passed away in 2018.

Every network & newspaper, all media, has obits for famous people on file and ready to go for when such a person dies.
I expect they all have the Ginsburg obits close at hand these days, common practice for someone who’s old and ill.

Oooops. Just a little premature. But at least they are ready.
I think when the court comes back in session she will retire or already be dead. She won’t be back on the bench.
