I should note, not dumped in the trash, everything opened and dumped down out/diluted; disposed of in a way that no one else can use.
As far as I know, the country of China produces nearly all the fentanyl in the world. China has great scientific and engineering talent, entrepreneurial spirit, and a lot of resources. They have invented even more potent forms of synthetic opioids. They will sell you whatever you need.
The trade in fentanyl is illegal, but it doesn’t appear China.gov is acting very hard stamp it out. Long established drug networks (who also bribe Mexican politicians) can easily use China’s skills to create a very profitable product for sale in the USA.
I have no doubt that the cynical socialist politicians of both China and Mexico don’t mind seeing America enmeshed in a problem that will sap its strength and drain its resources. What’s best of all for these people is they have half of the US political system willing to help
Bring the dope to DC and put in on display in the WH press briefing room.
I’m envisioning a crop duster flying over the Hajj (into the wind, of course) and “thinning” the crop, so to speak.

Part of my departments’ job was to analyze returned complaint samples.
The most common complaint was “no take”...meaning the drug was not effective.
In one sample, we found it was diluted with water, another had multiple punctures by a needle, yet the vial was still full...yep, diluted.
One complaint, we found the nurse was taking the IV needle out of the patient, infusing herself, and then resticking the patient...morphine.
Even unopened ampules were returned and had wax holding it together.
Imagine the uproar if some material was coming across the border that would cause drastic climate changer resulting in global warming that would kill 56 million Americans. The wall would be built tomorrow.
Every time these incidents appear, the administration should do a 10 second spot ad informing the unwashed while taking a dig at the democrat drug party.
What? Were they going to use a nuke to apprehend them?

I believe our nation, especially politicians, has embraced the immediate gratification and/or escapism that started with the Boomer hippie generation. When major cities like Frisco allow bums to urinate and defecate on sidewalks, you know it's all but over.
This Fentanyl was found at a border entry in Arizona. Border guards saw something odd in a load of fruit. Sent truck to second inspection and found the drugs.

Probably any one of us here could write a very compelling speech without all the “repeats” he’s so famous for. I don’t know if he writes his own speeches or if he has a speech writer - it ain’t working no matter. He is a terrible public speaker - so wooden and rehearsed. That will be bad enough but even worse will be having to look at Pelosi sitting behind him chewing her cud. And then we get to hear a response from someone in GA who will respond even tho’ she won’t have a clue what the president is going to say. Swell! I doubt they will be her words - no doubt they will be Schumer’s. Get her in front of the country and get ready for her to take on Senator Perdue here in GA...Good grief!
They use it to cut heroin and other drugs, including fake pharma pills. It stretches your supply, and so the cartel has way less overhead/exposure by having smaller poppy fields and less poppy harvesters. Once you get used to heroin laced with fentanyl or carfentanil unlaced heroin supposedly doesn’t cut it, you have to go back to a source that used fentanyl.

This stuff is so addictive, a forward thinking drug cartel will distribute it in the food supply in sub lethal concentrations, with the intent of creating a HUGE population of addicted future customers.
Not terrorism — worse — this is going to happen.
America needs to root out these drug moguls, and kill them. Any foreign government that does not cooperate needs to be swept aside in this pursuit.
