By searching you can find several dogfight scenarios vs. western fighters. The “at Nellis” is harder to locate but was a strong rumor at the time.
Example: “In aerial combat, the Luftwaffe MiG-29s proved to be very dangerous, especially in close-in manoeuvring engagements. Yeah and I’m glad this is being done. The whole purpose is to train our airmen on their tactics and how to counter them.
However, lets not miss the point, that the news article said the Russians used Sukhoi fighters in dogfights against the USA and that never happened.
Training isn’t a dog fight.
Sweden would do well to consider the ramifications of ancient HARM munitions...

Seems you know very little of USAF ECM programs.
A fine interceptor I am sure. But the USAF plays “away games” where range, payload and stealth are as much of the requirement as ECM and maneuverability.
Following a super-maneuverable Sukhoi into a turning fight is a sure way to get shot by a high-off-bore missile. Even if you win, you lose. This is why stealth and BVR are the way to go. If you don’t have the advantage over the Suk’s, you don’t engage. Every fight is an ambush where the fight is unfair in your favor.
