Indeed I did watch the SuperBowl and, indeed, my team of favor won.
I know nothing about the LA Rams except before the game even began they passed word along that the team would NOT go to the White House if invited by President Trump.
Gladys Knight sang a stellar version of the National Anthem and nobody "took a knee".
It's a good thing they did not. Because I had my hand on that remote, ready to leave football forever.
The Patriots won. I married a man from Massachusetts and so I rooted for the "home" team.

Delaware REPUBLICAN legislators propose "The Pain Capable Unborn Act", which prohibits abortion after 20 weeks gestation.
Already the Delaware Dems are hooting and hollering because DEMOCRATS LOVE TO KILL BABIES!!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE AWAY THEIR JOY?
There's a small band of serious Conservative folks in Delaware, Sussex county to be exact, and those legislators refuse to support the murder of human infants.

Wednesday date-2/6/19
State of the union 2019
There were no boos, there was no visible rancor, President Trump was guarded in his assertions.
Indeed the SOTU 2019 was nothing like I thought it might be. Speaker Pelosi sat behind the President. She constantly spanned documents as Trump spoke.
All of the Democrat females wore white. I don't know why but it's the dumbest thing they could have done. For because of the recent flap about the Virginia Governor Northam and his love of KKK outfits, it's a given that social media warriors would post the congressional ladies in white next to a crew of KKK from days past.
How dumb can you be? And the meaning of all white was lost on people.
Stacey Abrams gave the rebuttal and she called for, get this, more fairness in ballot counting.
To a Democrat, ballot fairness means changing all Republican cast votes to Democrat.
This woman was beaten in a race for Governor, she brings nothing to the table but hey, guess they didn't want put one of the female KKK up there.
President Trump's speech was great, he read the teleprompter, he got his points across but he had class about it.
God blessed America and all went well.

So the House, under the leadership of Schiff, is going to launch a new investigation into President Trump?
First thing, his tax returns. They've been dying to get his tax returns so they can shout to the world that DONALD TRUMP MADE MONEY IN AMERICA LET'S IMPEACH HIM BETTER LET'S HANG HIM IN THE GALLOWS!
Why can't they let the man be President and re-elect one of their own comes the time? Why are they spending all their time acting like children and as a result affecting us all across the fruited plains?

What's with this blackface thing?
First, I know there were live shows featuring fake minstrel type who painted themselves black to somehow provide entertainment.
Now we find that many of our elected officials were painting their faces black and boy are they in trouble.
For the life of me I cannot imagine putting black shoe polish on my face to entertain. And with everything being racism including black birds, bugs, every Republican ever born, now they must suffer the price.
Like we have nothing better to do in this country than track down yearbooks.

Frank Robinson, former Baltimore Oriole and one of my childhood heroes died yesterday at age 83, of cancer.
Robinson was an MVP for both the National and American league.
He never took a knee, he won MVP Manager, he lived a life based on his talent.

Heh, below the intent of this new deal to make the world a better place.
Rebuild every single building in the U.S.
“Upgrade or replace every building in US for state-of-the-art energy efficiency.”
Will end all traditional forms of energy in the next ten years.
The Green New Deal is “a 10-year plan to mobilize every aspect of American society at a scale not seen since World War 2 to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.”
Plans to ban nuclear energy within 10 years if possible.
“It’s unclear if we will be able to decommission every nuclear plant within 10 years, but the plan is to transition off of nuclear and all fossil fuels as soon as possible.”
Build trains across oceans and end all air travel!
“Build out highspeed rail at a scale where air travel stops becoming necessary”.
Don’t invest in new technology of Carbon Capture and Storage, just plant trees instead!
“We believe the right way to capture carbon is to plant trees and restore our natural ecosystems. CCUS technology to date has not proven effective.”
Mandates all new jobs be unionized.
“Ensure that all GND jobs are union jobs that pay prevailing wages and hire local.”
May include a carbon tax.
“We’re not ruling a carbon tax out, but a carbon tax would be a tiny part of a Green New Deal.”
May include cap and trade.
“…Cap and trade may be a tiny part of the larger Green New Deal plan.”
Some of the supporters of this joke include Paul Krugman, a journalist purchased and paid for by the NY Times, Van Jones, a joke, many UN agencies, Kirsten Gillibrand and Elizabeth Warren, those who seek election.
I suppose it's possible to build bridges over the oceans and goodness, eliminating all airplane travel?
They are determined to turn us into a third world nation.

Saturday date-2/9/19
Indeed I did watch the hearing of AG Whitaker by the Judicial committee in the House. Whitaker is the acting AG, with Barr expected to take over control of the Department of Justice within the week.
The purpose of grilling this guy before the House Judiciary Commiee was, well first and of course, the Democrats want to get Donald Trump in a position to be impeached and thus begins the endless hearings of every section of government.
And, indeed, what with Jeff Sessions loser-burger doing nothing for many months and with a history of practically running itself, the DOJ is a good place to start beginning the process of ridding the country of a duly elected President who so infuriates them.
They won't be able to grill the new guy, Barr, for a while as, well he hasn't even started yet.
At any rate, the questions asked of Whitaker were shocking. They wanted to know if the DOJ was going after all the terrorist acts instigated by the right wing.
"Those terrorist attacks have increased some 17% since the last presidential election," some lying Democrat said.
Heh. 17%. Well it began with about 5 and now there might be 7 home grown, right-wing terrorist attacks.
And OMG , we had Democrat females sobbing as they demanded to know where are the children forcefully wrested from the arms of their loving parents.
Drama, mama, mama.
Anyway, kudos to Whitaker, who managed to not be rude to any of those drama mamas and liars.
They are looking for lying under oath and like I said, begins the process to somehow unelect the President WE elected.
• On a personal note.
I've been wrestling with these blood thinners, from Coumadine to Eliquis and with both medicines I have been getting horrifically dizzy, to the point when I feel I am about to die, or at best, pass out.
I contacted my Cardio guy to complain about how my use of green vegetables with these blood thinners was causing me anemia, as detected by my General Practitioner last June.
He set me up an appointment to come see him. Then he tells me my dizziness is caused by old age and calcium deposits in my inner ear.
"But we'll set you up with a blood test to make sure all is ok," he said with a smile and a wink, this doctor young enough to be my grandson.
Last Tuesday I took the blood test. Last Wednesday I got the call.
Wasn't from the Cardio guy but his nurse.
"Mrs. Fish we got the results back from your blood test. Turns out that you do have severe anemia. Dr. Myers wants you to take an iron pill every day. He also wants you to contact your enterologist as it's possible that you have a small internal bleed made worse by the blood thinners."
WHY DO I EVEN PAY THESE DOCTORS?!?!?!?
I am walking around constantly dizzy, terrified to eat an asparagus, constipated to the nines….miserable.
I began taking a daily iron pill which, ahem, also causes side effects. Said side effects not as severe as my "iron deficient anemia"-which is what the hell I have, thank God for Google.
I take half an iron pill daily and so far I am feeling good. I am calling my Enterologist tomorrow but folks, last year I had TWO colonscopies, one by mail and one the doctor did. The doc found three polyps, removed them and told me I had to come back in three years. The Enterologist seems not worried at all about my GI system and further, I'd argue, I never had serious problems with my digestion in….well, my entire life.
I believe that my problem is these blood thinners, don't know how, don't know why. I had a quadruple bypass about ten years ago. Only started taking blood thinners about two years ago. Like I said, I was always failing the required Coumadine test and getting yelled out for eating pickled asparagus. That's when my GP told me I had really severe anemia.
I switched to Eliquis which Dr. Myers assured me would not get affected by green vegetables but got anemia again. Which he denied and blamed on calcium deposits in my ears, go to hell.
I got this people. I am feeling fine now and do you know what it's like to walk without thinking you may faint upon the next step? Do you know what it's like to throw up with the force of a hurricane after a nasty dizzy spell.
According to Google, one of the major symptoms of Iron deficient anemia is dizziness.
Sorry to bore with my story but plenty of people take blood thinners. Maybe they are reading and can learn a thing or two.
