Denmark 15 Billionaires out of a pop of 5.77M = 2.6 per 1M pop

Sweden 20 Billionaires out of a pop of 10.22M = 2 per 1M pop

US 571 Billionaires of 325 M = 1.7 per 1m pop

Netherlands 20 Billionaires out of a pop of 17M= 1.20 per 1M pop

Says 585 in US, and 31 in Sweden

31 : 10m = 3.1 per million
585: 330m = 1.77

The "twice as many" ratio is approximately correct, but my raw numbers of 14 and 7 per million were off (assuming the wikipedia data is correct). Thank you for challenging them for me.
