Well there is two ways of looking at this. Trump can sign the bill as written then Declare a state of Emergency. Move funds around to build the whole wall and deport all the illegals captured in the United States. That's the way I see it. If Obama can deliver pallets of cash to Iran, then I cant see why Trump can't deliver pallets of cash to the border wall.

Just a thought. In the future, I’m assuming the nation is gone anyway because there aren’t enough people in younger generations to bring the nation back to where it was; they weren’t there. But with President Trump in office, he can use this as incentive to process invaders more quickly. Send them back before they’re on US soil. Something like Ellis Island...they never get further than that point.

I’m betting he can build 90% of what’s needed with that $. Also use Army Corps of Engineers, State money, other DoD / NHS money, tariff money, lower negotiated contracts...
