America could use “preventative measures” in the public square.
It was the murder of the boy that was the problem. Raping boys is as normal as walking in that culture.
They don't even need to be as crude as this one in Yemen. Just have public access available.
Wait a minute. The two criminals were executed less than a year after their crimes? What an odd concept. Because in the United States that takes 20 years, minimum.

In any truly civilized society those guilty beyond any doubt of murder and/or rape and/or torture should be tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and publicly hanged within 10 days of their apprehension. No appeals and no exceptions.
They say that the death penalty is not a deterrent.
Looking at that picture, I think these guys have figured out how to make it a deterrent.

One Lee Harvey Oswald was executed less than 3 days after his arrest for the murder of John Kennedy.
Granted it was not a court approved legal execution, but it was mandated by the Deep State nonetheless.
Contrast this with the leftist crowd cheering a pedophile ‘coming out’ in a leftist magazine article.
Should have dropped them in a shark tank. Very entertaining.
