His Lt. Dan Band used to play at the golf course where my wife worked. While I never met him, Mrs. L did more than once. She says he’s a very nice man, none of the Hollywood ego about him.
He was always polite and treated the staff at the course with respect.

A worthy cause, I’m glad he’s lending his voice to it.
But let’s not forget that Sinise attacked Trump for his criticism of McCain (somone Sinise supported and donated money and time to) and Sinise said he didn’t vote for Trump, and has never publically supported him.

I don't pay much attention to movies, so when Forrest Gump came out, I hadn't even heard of it. However, at the time I was dating a woman who was also a Vietnam veteran. She wanted to see it, so we went. I enjoyed the movie.
