The 25th amendment was not put in for deep staters to skulk around in meetings putting together enough people for a coups de tat. It was meant for when a President is clearly incapacitated such as a stroke (hello Woodrow Wilson), Alzheimers or being kept alive by life support systems in a hospital. In these cases, you wouldn’t do it behind closed doors, it would be being discussed openly by the Vice President and the cabinet, not the deep staters.

I do hope all involved in the coup attempt will be prosecuted for treason. But I’m not counting on it. Me either. They will all walk scot-free.
I had hopes for arrests last year, and the year before that. Nothing. Zilch. Even when the evidence coming to light about these traitors became more and more damning.
Huber. Horowitz. I pinned hope on them, and nothing.
Sessions? He turned out to be a complete joke.
Massive vote fraud happened last November, even though we knew it was coming. Nothing was done.
And if you express your disappointment around here, some will immediately jump on you and accuse you of being a Never Trumper, tell you to "man up", or whatever.
