Not sure what us Israelis have to do with Venezuela, so I’m trying to figure out his agenda.
SA did have a lot of Nazi expats, but surely that not a measurable group.
I’m leaning towards:
1. Traditional Jew hatred, always a winner
2. Pandering to the UN, various states like Iran, and the international left like the current crop of US Democrats
