So according to the author, and as best I can understand it - white people are needed for everyone to have places to run, and to keep black children fit.
Then the whites move back then cries of “Gentrification” will come.
You just can’t win.
A few years ago there was a mini-demonstration at an NYC playground; non-white mothers held up signs saying “White People Wanted”. The gist of their protest was that if white people used the playground, the city would maintain it better.
Many of these people are not here to give - they are here to take. The most basic reason for segregation is that nobody wants to spend 360 monthly mortgage payments on a home/property that will have its value diminished by people who destroy areas - and with the current drive to spread the gibsmedat class around to taxpaying host communities with “affordable housing requirements” and Section 8 redistribution, NOBODY sees ANY neighborhood as safe.
