For years Trump has had buildings full of New York lawyers to tell him how to do everything legally. On top of that he has also had the best security people that the world has to offer protecting him and his family. That’s why he acts with such confidence.
This is so much used food.
Even if Trump asked for Berman to be placed in charge of that investigation, that doesn’t mean he asked Berman to take any specific action - I would think you would have to have that in order to claim “obstruction”.
Both Trump and Whitaker deny this happened.
And I can’t help but notice - the ‘Rats filing court case after court case in the Ninth Circus to obtain an almost guaranteed outcome (ruling) - that wouldn’t be the same thing here, would it?
