Someone at some convention said Steele was the RNC’s token black. Steele was in the audience. Boy, was he pissed. LOL
So my question is, how did he get the chairmanship of the RNC
I’m unhappy that Steele ever had the dishonesty to call himself a Republican.
I thought I read that this Coast Guard jerk has made some contradictory statements, like blasting republicans.

He was the leader of the GOP. Any questions as to why we never seem to get things the way we think they’re going to be when we elect Republicans?

They must have known that this sheep in liberals clothing couldn’t get elected by the people, so what good is he being made the face of the party no matter what color it is? Using color as a tool is something I would expect Jackson, Sharpton, or Waters to do. I thought we were better than that.

Resignation from what? He hasn’t been involved with the GOP since 2011 when he was voted out of the RNC chairmanship and started his new job with MSNBC as an “analyst.” And MSNBC doesn’t care what is said in their broadcasts as they have no morals or civility.
They are the volumed up version of utube in the news broadcast industry. Look who’s working for them, men like Al Sharpton, Peter Alexander, Rehema Ellis, Kasie Hunt, Hallie Jackson, Steve Kornacki, Richard Lui, Rachel Maddow, and Ari Melber mixed in with a whole herd of liberal mouthpieces from democratic congressional offices that wouldn’t recognize the truth if it bit them on the keyster.
Steele is a small piece of toast already hanging on to his hype established by the liberal news machine. Without that, he’d be buttered and jellied on both sides. And he would leave a bad a taste in anyone’s mouth that tried him.
Which leads me back to my strong dislike (hatred) for the conservative cowards that used him to do damage to the party. They are just as guilty as he is. It’s people like him, and them, that got us a second four years of Obama and his failed policies like the Iran deal and finishing off doubling the national debt of the combined rest of the presidents in our history. Thanks, GOP cowards. You will be contributory to a lot of deaths and a lot of suffering. And you voted yourselves a pay raise for that.

This is the Michael Steele who, like Colin Powell, played the role of Black conservative, because many on the right wanted desperately to believe they were. Both were and still are losers.
These characters are stuck on insane. I got stuck at a coin laundry last night and the only thing on the TV was the sickening "comedy" of Seth Meyers. NBC again.
This is the guy that the Repukelicans put in charge of their party.
