Her father was a diplomat from Yemen, diplomat’s kids are not automatically granted citizenship if born in the U.S. Her father argues he resigned as a diplomat before she was born. U.S. records show he retained diplomatic immunity until about 3 months after she was born. It was the Obama administration who revoked her U.S. passport on the grounds she was not a U.S. citizen and they said the passport should never have been issued.

The 14th Amendment was never meant to cover the children of ANY foreigners.
They are certainly not natural born citizens when they also have other citizenship(s).
