Our government betters have been conducting Solar Radiation Management Geo-engineering for 20+ years via high altitude aluminum sulphate spraying program commonly seen by the observant as highly persistent jet aircraft “chemtrails”. (See Hughes Aircraft patent, below)
Skies never used to be filled with with so many persistent contrails that quickly turned skies hazed prior to 1997, when the SRM program rollout began.

Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming
Abstract
A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect.
Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth.
The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity.
Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

The earth has been in a constant state of change since creation. Climate has never been stationary and we don’t want it to be. We need change. We need seasons, rain, wind, hurricanes and all the rest. It is necessary just as the tides are. Change is good. And change is not what they mean. They are saying the earth is heating and it is heating because of human usage of fossil fuels. And they are nuts.
So, we’ve returned to “cloud seeding and manipulation” after 60 years. I remember when there was a call to cover the arctic ice with ground coal to prevent the COMING ICE AGE!

Actually a pretty decent movie. Although ridiculous, I love the concept.
I remember reading a news article about environmentalists in the water department spending tons of money to place floating white balls in a large water reservoir. Same idea, to reflect sunlight away from the water. Turned into a disaster because the balls blocked oxygen content and the water became a murky algae mess. Then they had to spend tons of money to remove the balls and clean it all up. Idiots!
Global Warming doesn’t bother me. However these idiots trying “fix” it worry the hell out of me.
Ending ALL the voluminous fetid lying hot air out of leftards would do even more.
