There is zero possibility of a “hybrid” civil war.
I expect electricity, communications, and water infrastructure to go down for the duration early.

Structures that can burn probably will, just like the civil war in the Marshals.

That may well be. It's interesting to watch what happened in the Ukraine. First the NGO's came in and worked to establish a "narrative of illegitimacy" of the elected government.

Then there were massive protests.

Then there were shooting of protesters blamed on the security forces

Finally the elected President fled, and the coup-runners installed their own guy.

Then Crimea's pro-Russian factions began their breakaway.

Then Russia entered on the side of the pro-Russians.

At which point you had full on civil war, with massive weapons of war like tanks and artillery being used.

I expect the run up here to be similar.

A lot of the people participating in the Maiden protests were undoubtably "useful idiots".

I suspect you are right. No food deliveries, no ATM cards, no nothing. That could possibly starve millions to death. It will get UGLY in a real short time.

If things get ugly, one side or the other will benefit from each of these disruptions, so I agree that they will go down. The big ones will be food deliveries and water, and those will hit population centers first. I would prefer to avoid that catastrophe, but I don't think democrats in office care either way (not even about those they have made dependent on government), so long as they can take and perhaps hold power.

I am not arguing or debating anything, just asking for clarification, but could you please let me know what this means? Who would cut off the infrastructure? Which side?

I just don’t now anything about it.
Thanks in advance.

Why would the water and electricity be cut off in Nebraska in a hybrid civil war or any civil war?
