Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders came to Rep. Ilhan Omar’s defense, calling the recent treatment of the freshman congresswoman over her allegedly anti-Semitic remarks “wrong.”
Sanders, who is Jewish, acknowledged in a statement Wednesday that “anti-Semitism is a hateful and dangerous ideology which must be vigorously opposed in the United States and around the world.”
But the independent Vermont senator added: “We must not, however, equate anti-Semitism with legitimate criticism of the right-wing, Netanyahu government in Israel. Rather, we must develop an even-handed Middle East policy which brings Israelis and Palestinians together for a lasting peace.”

Sanders has failed to condemn these statements.
He's a fake, he's not a consistent supporter of civil rights, he's merely a politician who will say what he needs to to enhance his election chances.
Sanders lost the Democratic nomination to Hillary in 2016 in large part because he under-performed badly among black voters in the South, where they are a majority of Democratic Primary voters in several states.
Thus, he is unwilling to pick a fight with a black woman Democrat, even when she is throwing around antiSemitic tropes.
And, he's Jewish, which makes his cowardice and silence even worse, giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
All in all a shameful performance from Bernie, who is no longer the untarnished knight in shining armor his fans make him out to be, but just another cheesy politician with three houses.
It appears Bernie is going to go after the ISIS and Nazi voters.
Bernie always was and will always be the crazy uncle in the attic.

“Antisemitism is wrong unless it’s from a socialist” is basically what he’s saying.

Well, Jewish voters vote overwhelmingly for the Democrats. They also supported the Communists in Russia who had it in for them. Go figure.
Imagine if, for instance, Vice President Pence had said something like "The Jewish members of Congress are all controlled by AIPAC and most of them are dual-citizens with divided loyalty".
Bernie would be tripping over himself to get in front of a microphone to condemn that. Hell, the entire Democratic caucus would be working on impeachment and the blow-hards at NBC, CNN and CBS would be taking all the time they needed to explain the history of the "dual-citizen" slur, and how unforgivable it is.
None of that is happening.

Interesting stat I saw. In the 1960 Jewish vote was 4% today it is 2%. I was surprised thought it was higher. Could be Jewish voter out Muslims in.
I wonder if the American-Jew Democrats will continue to vote Democrat, as the Democrat, Mussies, Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez, Pelosi, Schumer, etc. march them all into the railroad wagons that are taking them to the promised land. I mean, come on, how dumb can these Jews be!!!

Yes, that might be true. Still, he sure came damn close in 2016. If not for the cheating and the Super Delegates he might have won the nomination.
The fact that he got so close is terrifying. The fact that he was obviously robbed, and chose not to make a stink about it is a good proof point for your assertion: he didn't care that much about losing by cheating, he cared more about advancing his agenda.
