This is not news. Conservatives and patriots from CA have been bailing out of the state for decades.
Then throw in sky high housing prices, nightmare property taxes criminal electric rates etc. And it just keeps going up. And the epic traffic? In places like Southern California, the rush hours now appear to be 6 hours per day to the point where it looks like an evacuation from a pending nuclear conflict in every direction. No joke.
Not enough? Thanks to CA open border leftist/globalist chain immigration and open borders, the entire state looks like the American hating U.N. General Assembly.
