The main problem is the immigration laws, and the Democrat controlled House of Representatives will not fix those. They are the weak link in the chain.
For his part, I believe that President Trump effectively holds the feet of his staff to the fire, to get them to address this, and prioritizes it for the resources at his disposal. He is the strongest link in the chain.
The only other thing that I might recommend, would be to try to dedicate more Intelligence and Law Enforcement assets to go after those who organize, enable and promote illegal immigration - Cartels, human traffickers, foreign governments and Leftist organizations. Perhaps sign a secret Executive order authorizing the Intelligence Community and Special Forces to go after them militarily.
Maybe sic the IRS on them, we really want to get tough.

I will take you at face value and assume that you aren't someone who signed up to troll and be disruptive.
I presume you are speaking about the money he "promised" from the military fund, the asset forfeiture fund, and last of all, the Emergency fund (all separate from the $1.375 billion included in the budget?
You do know that he plans to take that money in stages except for the budgeted money? That is, he will use the $1.375 billion to build as much as he can, then he will begin to tap into the money sources if it is needed.
The key to this is (I operate on the assumption that you do indeed wish to hear this, and aren't just a newly enrolled troll or leftist) is that no lawsuits can be filed by the Left until those other sources are tapped into.
Furthermore, this contentious process has the salutory effect of bringing the cost down as vendors scramble to bid on the available funds (Company offers to build 234 miles of border wall for $1.4 billion)

From the way he came out of the gate - like a mad banshee, throwing a conniption fit over Trump’s handling of immigration, and having a reaction to any explanation of how the appropriations process works - I am convinced this “noob” is norcalbert, an anti-Trump troll who got zotted about three weeks past.
I cannot prove it, but his posting “mannerisms” are almost identical.
