What would Jesus do with refugees? He’d lecture them not to covet and to return to their homes and make their own towns whole.
With any luck, Trump's Presidency will have forever changed the landscape of GOP primaries to the point where running as an open-borders, pro-amnesty Republican will be as much of a non-starter as running as a gun control Republican has been for the past 20 or 30 years. If this promising trend continues, immigration will become another Third Rail deal-breaker for any Republican at the national level. The open borders Republicans should leave and either become Democrats, or better still, form a marginal third party that makes them completely invisible and irrelevant.
At this point of the invasion, the president must lose or close the border.
Until Mexico and sanctuaries feel real pain, nothing will be done.

But you know what the GOPe will do- the same thing they have always done, lie to us during the primaries to make everyone think that they are border patriots, and then as soon as they are in office they will vote just like Paul Ryan or Jeb Bush.
Then it's ultimately the responsibility of border patriot voters to get rid of these guys in the Republican primaries once they reveal their true colors after a single term. Especially in red states/districts where a Republican victory is assured, there's no excuse for re-electing open borders establishment Republicans for term after term.
