No college has stepped forward and said the student will suffer any repercussions. Only parents and college staff who facilitated the cheating. So, it will just cost them (parents) a little more money and the (faint) possibility of jail time.

These college Admin’s ought to expel every one of these identified cheat students, or face criminal charges as well!!!
These scumbags could have taken a seat one of my kids could have had. My kids, who crushed HS & who REALLY did score well on ACT/SAT exams-— ALL ON THEIR OWN !!

I wonder if these students who had to cheat and bribe their way into these schools are basically immune from any disciplinary action because they're outperformed their peers who got admitted the "honest" way.

These schools aren't victims here. Their admissions processes are simply being exposed as a farce.

I challenge anyone here on FR to make the claim that a person who is admitted to a university on the basis of fake test scores and phony athletic records is any different than one who is admitted under an affirmative action program.
