If you go and really scan the horizon, there’s probably over 200 groups across the globe. You can even find them in Bolivia and Japan. The key elements revolve around bringing change, fascism in some fashion, revolution, etc.
The key feature is that they all have manifestos, and they all believe that the ‘good’ they do (even in massive death counts) will bring this utopia world where things are ‘balanced’.
I watched a Film on Netflix, which shows how a man with firearms shot, killed and wounded NZ unarmed police and civilians. The police were terrorized by the shooter and only could cower in the face of the assault.
