He’s an idiot. Laws need to be made based on reason and logic, not as ill-considered knee jerk reactions to events in a highly emotional state... That is, unless it is you intent to push through bad laws. Then you wait for such events and cynically use them to advance your own agenda. Ever notice how we don’t hear much about “gun control” except for some background noise...until something happens. Then they try to advance their agenda....

Guns don't "circulate". That's a really stupid phrase. Guns are owned, possessed and protected. They are not passed around like dollar bills exchanged as currency. Perhaps what you intended is that guns are not under the total control of the "government" and subject to use only when the government permits such use. Registration is the first step in that process. Next comes confiscation, then extermination of the helpless, disarmed parties.
