Wisconsin Democratic Judge Says Duly Elected Republicans Can't Pass Laws
PJ Media ^ | 21 Mar 2019 | Rick Moran

Democrats don't like our Constitution very much. From their perspective, there's not much to like.

Too many dos and don'ts (mostly don'ts), too many "negative rights," absolutely nothing about social justice, and where are the rights for transgenders?

Recently, Democrats have come out in favor of abolishing the Electoral College, packing the Supreme Court (gotta get that social justice agenda passed somehow), and allowing non-citizens to vote. It's almost like they don't like living in the United States very much, although you'd hurt their feelings if you gently suggest that if they don't like where they're living, they should depart for friendlier climes.

Now a judge in Wisconsin has issued an injunction against laws legally passed by the legislature by legally elected representatives of the people. How did he do that? By declaring that the legally passed laws by the legally elected representatives of the people weren't "legal" at all.

Same thing done by a wacko judge in NC to get rid of “gerrymandering”.

The state congress needs to censor and issue a law that any rulings by that judge about existing legislation is not applicable.

You can’t have duly-elected legislatures just up and passing laws when the judges are actually running things. ;-)

These judges are out of control. We need to pray for the removal of their authority.

Impeach the judge and remove him from office.

Until some legislative body grows a set and impeaches these overreaching goats in black the judges will continue to stomp on representative government and the will of the voter.

How many referendums have been voted for or against in California and nationwide, sometimes in overwhelming numbers only to be tossed aside by an un-elected judge. How many laws passed by duly elected legislators and signed by the executive branch only to be thrown out by an un-elected judge? At this point why bother to vote?

Some judges are quite the little fascists.

” At this point why bother to vote?”

Because it placates the public and makes them feel good thereby making it less likely that the 4th box will be used.

If it really mattered do you think we be allowed to do it/s

The bigger issue is that this is the Dane County Circuit Judge issuing the injunction, not the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Something needs to happen about low-level judges who think they can overrule governors and legislatures.

Democrats don’t like our Constitution very much.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Republicans don’t either.
The Kenyanesian Usurpation and the attempted usurpations by Ted Cruz, Bobby Jindal and Micro Rubio prove that.
The state legislatures have the absolute right to have special sessions to take care of the business they feel is important. Tell that Judge to enforce his decision in a co equal branch of government.
America in many respects is the definition of a Banana Republic. These judges are no better than what is witnessed in the most backwards parts of the planet.
People still obsessed with Ted Cruz and the presidential race of 2016 desperately need mental health services.
They should not spread mentally deranged thoughts on pubic forums.
This thread is NOT about Ted Cruz. Stop trying to hijack it.
My comment was about many ineligible candidates.
Why so touchy about Ted?
