Obama was the one most heavily invested in a democrat winning the election, to ensure that he would be protected from future investigations. It only makes sense that he directed everyone involved to do whatever it took to ensure a democrat victory.

Hillary is probably safe because any investigation of her would lead straight to Obama and Lynch, and they are immune because anyone investigating them would be labeled a racist.
It likely wasn’t a lie. It is what countries do in all elections to some degree. CIA is infamous for using all kinds of methods to influence elections and destabilize countries... Of course Russia tried to do it. We do it to them.
