Justice Department sides with court ruling Obamacare invalid

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Monday announced that it is siding with a district court ruling that found the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional.
The move is an escalation of the Trump administration's legal battle against the health care law.
The DOJ previously argued in court that the law's pre-existing condition protections should be struck down. Now, the administration argues the entire law should be invalidated......

I was frustrated and retired to get 0bamacare off my back. I went on Medishare (Christian Care Ministry) for one third the cost of 0bammycare and slightly lower deductibles. It does not cover abortion, good.

Roberts said the ACA's individual mandate was a constitutional because the penalties for not having insurance were a tax. Congress passed a law killing the penalties, aka taxes in 2017. A Federal Judge in Texas ruled that Robert's lifeline to constitutionality (the tax) has been severed, therefore the ACA without the tax is now unconstitutional. So, on to the 5th Circuit, the most conservative of the Circuit Courts, where I'm sure severability will be the key. Then it will be up to Roberts again.
