President Trump, in an exclusive wide-ranging interview Wednesday night with Fox News' "Hannity," vowed to release the full and unredacted Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and related documents used by the FBI to probe his campaign, saying he wants to "get to the bottom" of how the long-running Russia collusion narrative began.
Trump told anchor Sean Hannity that his lawyers previously had advised him not to take that dramatic step out of fear that it could be considered obstruction of justice.
"I do, I have plans to declassify and release. I have plans to absolutely release," Trump said. "I have some very talented people working for me, lawyers, and they really didn't want me to do it early on. ... A lot of people wanted me to do it a long time ago. I'm glad I didn't do it. We got a great result without having to do it, but we will. One of the reasons that my lawyers didn't want me to do it, is they said, if I do it, they'll call it a form of obstruction."
Trump added: "Frankly, thought it would be better if we held it to the end. But at the right time, we will be absolutely releasing."
Trump also accused FBI officials of committing "treason" -- slamming former FBI Director James Comey as a "terrible guy," former CIA Director John Brennan as potentially mentally ill, and Democrat House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff as a criminal.
Redacted versions of FISA documents already released have revealed that the FBI extensively relied on documents produced by Christopher Steele, an anti-Trump British ex-spy working for a firm funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, to surveil Trump aide Carter Page.

It’s not treason...unless they conspired with a foreign government...it’s sedition. Equally criminal and equally punishable.
So, when do you suspect we will see them? I dont think we will. They are too valuable as they are chumming the waters.

There will be lots of grandstanding and some witty remarks.

A lot of Rs will say a lot of things that their followers want to hear but nothing will happen.
I have fallen for that one WAY too many times, just recently with Smollett. (or whatever the heck his name was).
Smarter FReepers than I said he would get NO TIME.
Obviously that’s a very small incident compared to what the deep state did but they same result will happen.
A lot of grandstanding. It will help us in the 2020 election, but no one is going to prison except MAYBE one fall guy.

Transparency. By all means.
We need to see three key things for ourselves: (1) who particiapted and/or authorized this subversion, (2) how did they justify the surveillance, and (3) how was the FISA court so easily manipulated, or was was it a willing partner in this plot?
There will be lots more inforation to give us insights into this horrible abuse of power. We need to know everything, otherwise it will all surely happen again.

The Constitution defines treason in the US:
Article 3 - The Judicial Branch
Section 3 - Treason
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

I WANT to be wrong.
But how many times have we been let down?
And I’m NOT saying this to disparage Trump, but it seems like an unwritten rule that Presidents do not go after ex presidents for crimes.
There were never any real calls to investigate hillary once the election was over.
That’s politics.
But like I said, I hope i’m wrong. You’ve seen me be wrong plenty of times :)
