So as I pointed out in this exchange between Horowitz and Jordan they discussed several ongoing investigations

But as uraniun one wasn’t one of the one isn’t mentioned why would they need to talk to a Uranium one witness?
and how would not talking to a Uranium one witness prove there weren’t other investigations ongoing?

JORDAN: I’m more concerned about why Mr. Rosenstein didn’t give us the information when he first got it. It seems to me
he should have

Let me go to something else here. How many different investigations do you have going on right now? Are you looking at — you’re looking
at Mr. Comey. You’re looking at FISA — official abuse of the FISA court process. And are you looking at the leak issue with — with the FBI? Are you — have (ph) you got three other ones going on?

HOROWITZ: We’ve got lots of investigations going on, but it’s...

JORDAN: Well I know, but relative to this stuff — I know you’ve got lots, but...

(CROSSTALK)

HOROWITZ: Yes, we’re looking at the leak issue, as well. That’s ongoing.

JORDAN: So all three of those...

HOROWITZ: Remain ongoing.

(CROSSTALK)

JORDAN: ... within ongoing investigations, right? Do you
— do you have any idea when — I’m particularly — well, I’m interested in all of them, but I’m particularly interested in the FISA — potential abuse of the FISA process. Do you have any idea when that one will be complete?

HOROWITZ: I don’t, Congressman. In part — as you know, a few weeks ago we were asked to broaden that and look at some additional information and issues.

JORDAN: Do you anticipate it taking 18 months, like this Clinton investigation one (ph) did, Mr. Horowitz?

HOROWITZ: I don’t anticipate it. But let me just say, if we had released this report in January, you would not have most of these text messages.

Exchange starts at about 11 minutes 45 seconds

Additionally untill the McCabe grand jury was announced no one knew there was a grand jury
And Hubert is not the prosecutor

So who is?

If you do not like people like Victoria Toensing, and some of us who heed her, being reasonably skeptical, then you are exxpected to avoid this thread, not invade it to behave like a troll yourself.

“outside of his jurisdiction in Utah”

I’ve tried to explain that to people countless times, but the true believers prefer to delude themselves that somehow Huber is going to bring the hammer down on all the deep state types from Utah, far outside the jurisdictions where all the actual crimes were committed.

“What is he prosecuting?”

He isn’t prosecuting anything of importance as long as he stays out in Utah.

Maybe he’s going after those rogue Mormons who still practice polygamy.

So when you are done making stupid strawman arguments about mormons

Perhaps you can address my question at comment #41

Who is prosecuting
Andy McCabe?

And then I won’t even embarrass you by reminding you the NSA data facility is in Utah

You know that Obama already admitted they used to illegally spy on US CITIZENS

Additionally untill the McCabe grand jury was announced no one knew there was a grand jury

Yes, well everything is that way. Until it's announced we don't know about it. And grand juries and their deliberations are meant to be secret, so it's not always the case that the public learns about them, and rare that we learn much about their deliberations. Merely impaneling a grad jury doesn't mean that charges will be filed.

McCabe was called out for lying by the OIG, he was fired after his case was reviewed by the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility. So, we know a criminal referral was made at that time. McCabe was fired on April 16, 2018.

It's been a year since he was fired and referred.

It's been more than six months since we learned that an empaneled grand jury was hearing evidence about McCabe.

Grand Jury Looking Into Case Of Ex-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe - this article is dated Sept. 6, 2018.

Typically prosecutors don't announce that "we are not going to charge person X". It's possible that they are still working on this (Grand Juries in the Federal system are impaneled for 18 months) but unlikely. It wasn't that complex a case that the OIG found.

I suspect that Andy has walked.

So, in June of 2018 Huber said, under questioning by Jim Jordan, that he was investigating the FISA abuse and also leaks. (that's the last section in your long post)

OK, well here we are, 9 months later, with nothing to show for it.

Look, I hope you are right Big Bob, but the further we get in time from the crimes, the less I think anything is coming out of Huber's investigation of them.

And, to get back to the topic of the article, the same Jim Jordan that elicited these statements from Huber, is the one saying now that looking for actual work output from Huber reminds him of "where's Waldo".

So it's not just "your favorite troll", who is pointing out Huber's apparent lack of progress, its' Jim Jordan, one of the best guys in the House in terms of going after the Deep State.

It's sad, it's disappointing, but it sure looks like Huber is a dud.

Were you around here for the Quidam posts in the Clinton impeachment era?

He had people strung along for months thinking it was all going to come together and our side would prevail. Mixed in real insider info with what turned out to be false hopes and information — until it was finally played out and he simply disappeared.

There are some eerie echoes of that in this latest saga.

The posted article is from the Washington Times. It quotes one of the leading Congressional investigators. It quotes several other people about the lack of visible progress by USA Huber.

“There should be some proof of life,” said Andrew Leipold, a law professor at the University of Illinois who served as a consultant on special counsel Kenneth W. Starr’s Whitewater investigation.

“We should see people going in and out of his building, people interviewed leaking to the press, or a target calling a press conference,” he said. “The fact that none of that has happened is puzzling.”

And then, we have Carter Page himself. If Huber is (secretly) all over the FISA abuse investigation, he would have to be talking to Page, who was the subject of the ill-begotten FISA surveillance. But, we learn in the article he has never talked to Huber.

Carter Page, the former Trump adviser who was a subject of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act snooping warrant, said he hasn’t heard from Mr. Huber.

He said he is not concerned, but others are frustrated.

The article does offer one observer's expert support for the "Huber is a submarine" theory:

Former Attorney General Edwin Meese III said the lack of information could be a sign that the investigation is being handled properly.

“I can remember all kinds of investigations that went on in secret when I was attorney general, and properly so,” he said. “The less that is said about an ongoing probe, the better. It is absolutely proper to not speak about a probe until you have an outcome or no announcement at all if there is no indictment.”

"No announcement at all if there is no indictment" may end up being the epitaph for Huber's work, just as it appears to be for the Andy McCabe grand-jury investigation and pretty much any other Democrat involved in the election meddling, Hillary criminality, or misuse of counter-intelligence to target political opponents.

The article ends with a quote from Tom Fitton who, to date, has done about 100X more to bring the antics of Team Obama/Clinton to light than Huber.

He makes the same point I've been making for over a year. Mueller is what a real investigation looks like. You didn't see anyone asking for proof of life from the Mueller investigation. We had constant indictments, arrests, search warrents being exectured and sentencing documents to remind us what he and his team were doing.

“The Mueller probe is what a real investigation looks like,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. “There were grand juries, indictments, subpoenas and fights in court. I don’t know why people are putting their hopes in a secret investigation.”

The article is a news story, it's not some vanity speculation of mine.

“So when you are done making stupid strawman arguments about mormons”

It’s called a “joke”, genius.

“Perhaps you can address my question at comment #41

Who is prosecuting
Andy McCabe?”

Not Huber, that’s for sure. If Huber had been on that case, then McCabe wouldn’t have anything to worry about!

“And then I won’t even embarrass you by reminding you the NSA data facility is in Utah”

Well, I have no qualms about embarassing you by reminding you that unless Huber is planning on prosecuting some data center IT drone, that isn’t really relevant to anything. After all, the actual important NSA employees (along with the key FBI, DOJ, etc people involved in the coup attempt) all work in Washington DC and Virginia, and crimes must be prosecuted in the jurisdiction where they occurred, not in the jurisdiction where some data center that may or may not be tangentially related to the crimes is located.

“You know that Obama already admitted they used to illegally spy on US CITIZENS”

Yes, everyone actually knows that already even before he admitted it, since you know, Edward Snowden told everyone on the planet. Still, if anyone is going to be prosecuted for it, it would be first and foremost the people who work in Washington DC or Virginia, who gave the orders to break the law, not some server maintenance tech working in Utah.

So ‘genius’

Your premise is the criminal in DC illegally a accessed data in Utah and then
1) didn’t attempt to cover thier tracks in DC
And
2) didn’t leave evidence of the crime in Utah

So you just drop more stupid strawman about A ‘server tech’?

Or was that just another pathetic attempt at humor?

Your attempts to try and justify Huber’s obvious lack of action while sitting on his duff in Utah get more and more desperate.

Sorry, but nobody from the deep state coup is hanging out in Utah waiting for the indictment Huber will never file to appear.

Utah?

You mean where uranium one is?

https://www.kuer.org/post/how-tiny-utah-town-got-thrown-real-russia-scandal#stream/0

But Again the fact that you don’t know what is happening Is not proof that nothing is happening

Also tell me what a uranium one witness of Victoria toesing’s that you keep desperately clinging to as you proof of inaction
Has to do with the ongoing investigating. Referenced by Horowitz

Including the investigations into Conmey obstruction, fisa abuses and Fbi leaks?

Oh they have nothing to do with each other, no wonder you try and ignore them

I’ll check back tommorrow and see if you made any other irrelevant comments ok?

I thought Sessions was a petulant little creep when he was a Senator. I thought less of him when he was AG. I think he is doing a fine job where he is today.

Huber? I think there are a ton of people thinking he is going to be the Dues ex Machina who will swoop down and save everyone. I am pretty sure that is not going to happen.

“You mean where uranium one is?”

The fact that the company (which was actually based in Canada, not Utah) owned a uranium processing plant out in the middle of bum**** Utah is not really relevant to anything. Just another desperate attempt to find something to justify Huber sitting on his duff in Utah doing nothing.

“But Again the fact that you don’t know what is happening Is not proof that nothing is happening”

Nah, but the fact that Huber is a leftie Obama appointee who hasn’t actually done anything is proof enough for anyone with half a brain who isn’t enchanted by the nonsensical ravings of an anonymous 4chan poster.

“Also tell me what a uranium one witness of Victoria toesing’s that you keep desperately clinging to as you proof of inaction...”

I think at this point you are confusing me with someone else.
