Maybe, and liberals who also own guns should take note, maybe we should be more practical, and just stop putting into office the human filth that wants to erase the Constitution? That would be much easier, and doable.

one thing I notice around here is the lack of conservative bumper stickers.
A few, not many. I at first thought that it was concerns aobut getting the car keyed by a promoter of diverstiy and inclusivieness.
But now I see that it is more a flying under the radar. There is a lot more conservative support, a fair amount from unexpected sources. I am aware of homosexuals and even transgenders who support Trump. They are in their 20s and they are hard working people who see where politics is going. They just want to be left alone and to be able to keep their money.
A dem majority in any body will always move to take away 2A rights. Look no further than CA.

As I’ve noted before, they’re just waiting for enough of us to sit out an election, out of ‘principle’, because so-and-so is a RINO, and we’re going to ‘teach the Republicans a lesson’ for running people like that.
And they know enough not to ‘come and get them’. They’ll just slowly make it more expensive, more of a hassle, and riskier to own guns...until gun owners are such a small number that they won’t have to worry anymore about their votes. At that point, they’ll deal with the holdouts in more ‘direct’ ways.
More Expensive: Taxes on firearms and ammo, law suits against companies which gets passed right on to owners, etc.
More of a Hassle: Licensing to own guns, registration, tracking ammo sales, etc.
Riskier: No-warrant searches to assure guns are properly ‘stored’, weird rules on stocks, mags, etc.
But don’t worry, no Democrat could EVER be as bad as a typical RINO, so keep ‘teaching those Republicans a lesson!’...and when you succeed, you’ll find yourself as a gun owner in some very small company.
Sorry, but if we have to wait until the knock comes on the door, it’ll be too late.
We either fight these folks up front (politically first, then escalating as necessary) or we loose.

My advice to all democrats is to stop being so stupid. Stop trying to stimulate hatred among citizens. Stop trying to undermine the Constitution. It is all you really have to protect even you.
Get on with making your country a really better place to live and work because we are free to keep and carry that with which we can defend ourselves.

We all know the Democrats will never get the political support needed to pass another constitutional amendment overturning the 2nd. We also know their little fantasy of packing the Supreme Court is just that - a fantasy. They’ll never get enough political support for that either.
It’s all about the courts - especially the Supreme Court though the Circuit Courts are important too. I am convinced this issue not gay marriage and not abortion is what is really causing the wailing and moaning among Leftists about President Trump’s judicial nominees.
Winning in 2020 is absolutely vital. At least one or two of the Gang of Four on the Supreme Court are not gonna last another 6 years - count on it. Much as I love Justice Thomas, he is 70 so I could easily imagine whoever wins in 2020 getting 3 more Supreme Court nominations.
As for the Circuit Courts, President Trump is likely to finish his first term having appointed 47-50 Circuit Court judges. That almost completely counters the 55 Obama appointed so a second term would not just be an exercise in damage control, it would really start to shift the Circuit Courts back toward the constitution and away from Leftist dogma. Just look at the 9th Circuit. By 2020 it will be 16 Clinton/Obama judges and 13 Bush/Trump judges. That’s already going to bring it much closer to balance than it has been at any time since Jimmy Crater got to put 10 hardcore Leftist ideologues on the Court due to an expansion back in the late 70s. What happens if just two Clinton appointees were to die or retire and be replaced by Trump? A bunch of Clinton’s were born between 1940-1954. The youngest of them will be 66 in 2020. Some of them won’t last 4 years beyond that. Imagine a majority Strict Constructionist 9th Circuit. No more running to San Fransicko to get a ruling from a bunch of cultural marxists. Siri’s, Steyer, Bloomberg et al would be beside themselves.
It’s called incremental despotism. Dems know well how to do this. Rules for radicals was written to give them their blueprints.
