The Democrat Party has little regard for the law in general, and for election laws in particular.

So???
Is there a judge that is going to remove her from office? Are there any consequences to violation of the election laws? Cant her campaign be charged with fraud for fund raising for an illegal campaign?
Until something ... ANYTHING happens as a result of the Dem lies, nothing will change.

She can’t represent Georgia if she is a resident of TN.
When does this get taken to court?

Article I Section 2 Clause 1:
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
The double negative is confusing.
She is unconstitutional in that seat. She must be immediately discharged by the House.

Georgia's Cobb County Tax Commissioners Office, which refrained from issuing a decision during the election due to appeals, confirmed last month that Lucy McBath didnt meet the requirements to call her Cobb County home her primary residence for the three tax years leading up to the election, meaning she was a Tennessee resident when she was elected to Congress. We all know that Negros be Above the Law, don't we?

So, is Georgia going to go after her for tax evasion? Tennessee doesn’t have a state tax.

Didn’t she file papers to run for office in Georgia?
IF she stated that she lived in Georgia, then she falsified her information when she filed those papers.
Wouldn’t that be election fraud?
Cannot Georgia remove her from this position for such falsehoods???

Excellent work, so far.
Now when’s the recall?

When I moved to a new town, I had to prove residency in the county to check out a book at the library. You'd think election to state government would be a little stricter.
