To me, this is just more virtue signalling by lefties. Who is actually going to go to court to try to get such an order on someone else? Few will bother.

But, I can think of one group. Couples in the middle of a divorce. Guns can be one more thing they can fight about. Like accusing the soon to be ex of abuse.

It won't take more than a few.

Vindictive ex-spouses or girlfriends will be the first ones in the queue. They will get a sympathetic judge to authorize a pre-dawn raid on their former partners. The media will vilify the defendants. If that goes well, they will expand the program.

Denver or Boulder police officers will be ultimate complainants , using the EPRO to target political opponents of the State Government. I would expect an EPRO raid on Jon Caldera's house within the year.

Somebody will inevitably be killed in a raid. A bunch of Democrats must be recalled over this "law". And it must be repealed.
