PARIS—An alarm was raised at Notre Dame at 6:20 p.m. on Monday night—23 minutes before the structure was engulfed in flames—but officials found no sign of a fire.
Firefighters who responded to a second alert raced to the scene but were unable to tame an inferno that ripped through the 12th century cathedral for the next 9 hours.

And we have not been given that information. Yet we have been told, over and over, that it was not an act of terrorism.

But since they deny the terrorism right off the bat, tells me that it obviously was terrorism (else, why the denials?).
what if, and this is complete conspiracy thinking, the fire alarm was tripped by the arsonist whose beliefs may hold not to murder anyone, so they evacuate the building...hence no fire found the first time fire fighters got there. Then they set the blaze after everyone is out....hmmmm
