Well good buddy, got some news for you. She has been for much of her life - it is called Congress!
Bad news - nobody has put her in a straitjacket, duct-taped her mouth (just to be sure), and put her in a nice padded cell in the basement.
Good news - she is getting older and stupider by the day so maybe she’s be worm-food this year. She will not get a Catholic cross on her grave pit but probably a witch’s crowfoot cross covered in bat dung.
