Will a "transgender" be prosecuted for getting a date under false pretenses?
I’m not sure which way the law should go on this, but it should be a no-brainer for the school to condemn.
Is it false pretenses to willingly have sex and then cry “rape” afterward? That seems like sex by deception.

If so, transgenders who don’t clearly inform their partners ahead of time are rapists. Bring this up and watch them drop it in a hot minute or work out some BS exception.

The Coed that had sex with whoever was in her bed had no call to charge rape.
She wasn’t drunk or passed out, and the rooms have locks. A teenaged boy is going to have sex with any girl that allows it.

This is happening. Trans are posting on dating sites as the opposite sex, using filtered and selective pictures.
There is a fellow with a lucrative web site who advertises for women to audition for work in the porn industry. He makes it clear early on that there will be no payments made for auditions. He tells the women that porn producers will view the audition ‘tape,’ and could hire the women for from a thousand to five thousand dollars a day.
He’s had no shortage of applicants over the years. He posts videos of the sex sessions on his website and charges for downloads. The thing is, the videos don’t go to producers and he cannot provide any of them with a job. It’s just a ruse to have sex with multitudes of comely lasses and college co-eds who wait forever to be notified that a producer is interested in them.
Is that rape?
I have wondered what the rules are concerning mentally ill men who think they are women and who have had their bodies adjusted accordingly. Are these faux women required to reveal this to potential dates/boyfriends?
Somehow I can’t imagine a man’s reaction on finding out such a detail after intimacy. I dare say it could go very poorly.
When the girl at the bar with the fake boobs gets picked up by the guy with the rake rolex, I say they are meant for each other.
I know many men who had sex with women that said they weren’t crazy bitches. Were they raped?
