If that’s true, then I was raped by my ex and sodomized by the state.

The fags in that situation often turn up dead. As it should be.

In Iowa in April 2015, Michael Kelso-Christy, who was 23 at the time, created a fake Facebook account under the name of a man who had attended his high school. He messaged several women under this name, and one woman actually met him at her home, where she was waiting for him blindfolded, per his request. They had sex, and he left. Soon after, his Facebook account disappeared and he stopped messaging her. Thats when the woman realized he was an impostor, and called the police.

Gee, if he didn’t her to sign a consent form before sex then he is guilty of rape...of course the consent form better be notarized. /sarc

So what did the woman get him charged with? Illegal entry?

If a pretense is false, does that make it true? Or is that bunk?

Is a case of non-violent, consensual rape,
obtained fraudulently, a thought-crime?

“If you tell her you love her in order to have sex and really dont, is it rape?”
The college I attended had a very strict Honor Code that, at the time, applied to behavior outside the classroom and off campus. We had many late-night debates about whether such a lie was an Honor Code violation.

Except for false charges, you mean.

Crawling into the roommate’s bed with the roommate’s girlfriend is an overt act.

Yes. Well, what do you think the chances of that are? Don’t get me wrong, being raped is never a woman’s fault, but there are always going to be men who will take advantage of a woman forcibly if they can.
Women should protect themselves, because while they may get justice down the road, they can’t be un-raped, and when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
Teach boys not to rape; each girls not to put themselves in risky situations. The problem won’t go away, but it should lessen. IMO

There was an american solider who killed such a guy in Asia somewhere whom the soldier had thought had been a girl through an oral sex act but later found his girl had a penis.

True, but there must be some onus on the woman to be able to tell. Im not saying it isnt wrong, but if he says she knew it was me and whispered that she wanted me too what is she going to say?
I had a roommate
Attempt something like this and I said no and he left. If she had said no, this guy might also have left.
