Arson investigators in Pennsylvania are searching for clues after two fires broke out at one church.
The first fire at the Pentecostal Church of Bethlehem was reported shortly after midnight on Tuesday, while the second fire was called in just before 2 a.m. on Thursday, said the Bethlehem Police Department. No injuries were reported.
The Thursday morning fire, which was contained to the roof, was quickly extinguished, police said.
In the first fire, thick black smoke was seen billowing from the building, but the fire had already burned itself out when first responders arrived, according to police. The blaze left the sanctuary destroyed, ABC Philadelphia station WPVI reported.

Why is there nobody watching these churches at night?
If. St Peter’s burned I think the Pope would turn it into one of two things, an interfaith worship center, or a shrine to mother Gaia.
Sorry, not real exciting. Sounds to me like an electrical problem. They better figure it out fast before it really blows up. Believe me, a seminal memory of mine is linked to such a fire.
Sounds like drone use to try and start a fire on the roof. I wonder about Notre Dame and that fire that started where no electrical wiring was located.

Well it’s good that they are mostly Christians.
Two big differences between W Europe and us is we have 1 percent muslims (too high!) while some of them have over ten PERCENT. Numbers tend to make you feel braver.
And our police Do Not have any no go zones, for the most part.
I had vending machines and drove a cab all over the 5 boroughs and even back when things were NASTY, there were cops everywhere.
I don’t get the “no go zone” mentality.

If you have a congregation, you have the people power to do the job.

The Romans were, by the time Christianity reared up, half hearted about their gods and rituals. Christianity was the new, stronger option. Much more attractive and different than the winking pap they had been fed.
No, Islamics are not going to become Christian in any appreciable degree.
However Christians and non believers will become Islamic. Easily.

We have a choice:
to place a boundary around this country and evaluate the aliens and immigrants already here and remove the ones who will harm our culture or way of life.
or
try to protect every target, and the target constantly is changing as the enemies make their choices.
Then guess who's in control?
Another option is dealing with crime appropriately.
And, yes, I know jails are overcrowded. But you know what? There are ways of dealing with some crimes without incarcerating people.
And death row should not be a 20-30 ride.
