Speaking at the White House National Conference on Mental Health on Monday, Vice President Joe Biden told a sometimes serious and sometimes jocular story about the two brain surgeries he needed in 1988 to deal with cranial aneurysms.
Biden told the White House audience they take a saw and they cut your head off and they literally had to take the top of my head off. He also recounted that as he was being wheeled into surgery he asked the neurosurgeon, What are my chances of getting off this table completely normal? The surgeon told Biden he had a better chance of livingand that that chance was in the 35 to 50 percent range.
The only totally un-chartered portion of the universe is the brain, Biden said in his White House speech. You know, as we used to say in the Senate, excuse the point of personal privilege here: I had two cranial aneurysms, and they literally had to take the top of my head off. I mean, they take a saw and they cut your head off, and go in to find the artery that is--one was leaking, the other that hadn't, before it burst.
Those of you who are docs know every profession has their sick jokes, said Biden. The joke among docs is: How do you know someone's had a cranial aneurysm? On the autopsy table. Only 20 percent of the people have it even get to the table.

Proof the surgeon was right.....
He actually had a brain transplant purchased from a body parts company in China.
Joe has a permanent stent that has long ago drained his brain away. No telling what else they implanted in place. and remember Obammy’s scar? What did they put in him or take out?
Joe Biden is a perfectly normal dirty old man.
Joe Abby Normal Biden
He lost most of his inhibitions.

I always said that he acts like someone with frontal lobe damage.
I bet that is where he had his aneurysm.

That all being said, when voting for President now I look at Joe Biden and find him wanting - and not because of health issues, but because of policy issues. If, however, he was good on policy, I’d still be concerned about voting in a man who would, if elected, be older upon assuming this office than Reagan was when he left it.

Well, he still has a long way to go to equal DeBlasios Commie Dimensia!
I don’t think he started out all that normal!
Ive used this tagline recently:
You cant normalize the type of behavior the left is trying to normalize because it isnt normal.
...if it had a (D) after its name.
To normal people it is obvious he didn’t make it back. :-)
I would have thought they told his mother that when he was born.
I believe that’s the frontal lobe.
Having had a tumor, I can attest to the dark humor of neurosurgeons.
I general, one told me they were good, but if they made a mistake no one ever understood what they were doing; so they could blame the patient.
The Doc nailed it!
LOL!
Needed more plugs after all that...
