Never in Orwell’s most fevered nightmare could he have imagined Obama with his hands on America’s cutting edge computerized spying network.

The idea was to set up the spy network on barges offshore so they weren't legally on US SOIL and subject to US LAW.

Seems once the public found out about them, they were shut down due to claims they were 'fire hazards'. hmmmmm.
