Chris Wallace is jealous of CNN’s ratings... there’s no other rational explanation...

The ship was originally named after the traitor senator’s father. But more recently the DOD or Pentagon decided to commemorate the ship in honor of the traitor, his dad, and grandfather. The father and grandfather were both admirals and served valiantly and never were responsible for the deaths of shipmates because of their incompetency.

Well, considering that the ship was in an accident that cost 10 sailors their lives, I guess re-dedicating it to Songbird McCain is appropriate.

This is fake news, but not completely.

SOMEONE in the Trump team, without talking to Trump, DID ask for the ship’s name to not show up, because this PERSON thought it might make Trump mad.

When higher-ups found out about it, they said “no”, and had the cover removed.

Trump never knew any of this, and it was NOT covered up when he was there.

So if a news outlet reports that a trump administration official asked for it to be obscured, that is true. If they say there was a tarp on it at one point, that is also true. If they say Trump asked for it, they are lying. If they say it was covered when Trump was visiting they are lying.

If Sen. McCain rose on the coat-tails of his father and his father deliberately abetted such treatment, there is some responsibility. That said, such treatment often will be given unless a father deliberately demands that his son be treated like everyone else—and while such fatherly behaviour is commendable, in this fallen world, I would not excessively fault a man for letting fallen human nature take its course.
