He was downrange and the police were trying to disperse the mob he was part of by non-lethal means. They did not target his tiny balls. He has no case.
The video is not exactly clear but it looks like he’s holding a pistol. If so he was brandishing.
Not to mention, law enforcement has no liability for damages caused during interdiction of an unlawful activity.
