You may or may not want to use it, but it should not be deadly to use a drink from the minibar.

I am familiar with ricin thanks to Breaking Bad. It produces flu like symptoms that cannot be traced. No mini bar for me on vacation.

Probably mini-bar bottles refilled with bad moonshine. Someone smart and conscientious enough to make good moonshine is probably doing something else that’s both legal and pays better. So you get the lazy retarded scumbags making the stuff, which is a bad combination, given that not doing it right can create a lethal product.

The “all-inclusive” resorts are gonna get a lot pricier if they start factoring in cremation costs.

“Probably mini-bar bottles refilled with bad moonshine.”

I think you may have nailed it. Mass murder can be done far more efficiently than by poisoning minibottles.

But there’s still the Yank who was shot in a bar.
