Close. On the Dow — looking at a 100 year chart I see at least one data point higher — Sept 2018 26,828.
Enjoy it while you can. All it takes is a screw-up somewhere in the world and it can tank from such a high position.
After the dip we just had, I think there is steam left to the upside. I predict record highs by next Monday.
