I thought drivers license voters (CA) and “registration official cannot ask if prospective voter is a U S citizen” voters and just plain illegals who get an absentee ballot mailed to a U S address-——all voted.

Yes. How can we find a way to count them even for the sake of argument? They are hiding out and acting illegally to live here against immigration laws, so none would say “yay, here I am.”
