I don’t think so, plus I wasn’t the most girlie girl anyway. I thought it was a waste of time. They did everything the hard way. LOL!

I did learn basic sewing, though, that came in handy when we lived in Germany and I couldn’t find clothes that fit well.

I was far from a girlie girl too. Was a tomboy because there weren’t any girls my age for a long time in the neighborhood where I grew up. Only boys my age.

I only took Home Ec because I had to. I learned more about cooking and sewing from Mom, who was a great cook and excellent seamstress.
But I still don’t care about doing either one. LOL! I cook because I really don’t like eating out all that much but I don’t remember the last time I sewed. It’s a shame I hate to sew because there was so much nice fabric in Clara’s house.
