Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 23, was arrested on Monday by Massachusetts police at his home in West Springfield for the negligent homicide of seven motorcyclists in Randolph, New Hampshire, last Friday night. Seven bikers were killed, and three others injured when his pickup truck and attached trailer plowed into the motorcycles traveling in the opposite direction on Route 2.
According to local media, he has two prior DUI arrests, including one conviction in 2013, which led to his license being suspended for 210 days because he was tagged as “an immediate threat.”...

True. But tonight they are enjoying lavish parties, rubbing elbows with celebs including TV media types, and having their limo drivers take them home to gated mansions, protected by walls or fences plus armed security detail.
With few exceptions this story is common. Pelosi,Sanders,Schumer….Too bad we don't have those old tv shows of pretending to drop in on famous people and tour their homes. We could be allowed to glimpse the good life.

Reading the article - yes he has a green card. And the article explains in detail how a green card can be revoked if the person does not have a moral character. This guy has 12(?) years of DUIs, drugs, etc. proving that he doesn’t have a moral character. He should have been sent packing a long time ago.

Bureaucrats knew about the employer. And did nothing.
The proper administration of justice requires weighing the facts of the incident apart from citizen status and toxicities. Look at what happened on the face of it. Did a biker or some other object cause the driver to swerve suddenly? Who knows? I guaran-damn-tee no one commenting here does. Let the courts deal with it according to the law, which (these days and most unfortunately) seems to pre-judge potential conditions instead of actual events.
This I know: Trails by media and social media suck. They are not just.

The courts have a double standard. He'll be fine. You or I would be punished if we had multiple DUIs. We wouldn't be able to drive for decades.
How do you sue someone with no insurance, no money, AND is probably still driving with NO LICENSE!!!
