I've been watching the city of Everett playing cat and mouse with these girls for the last five years. It's been an endless source of amusement and entertainment for me. My favorite place was the little stand next to O’Finnigans. They were the only ones that were open 24 hours. They saw a need and they filled it. And I've always said that this is exactly the sort of entrepreneurial spirit that makes America great!

The argument from the employees is that the city's restrictions on what they can wear while working is violating their free speech. The attempt is by the employees to get the federal courts to intercede in a local matter. The federal courts is the natural point of redress when innate rights are claimed to be violated.
Not a free speech issue...unless they are serving coffee in bikinis for free. If they make money, that is commerce...which can be regulated.
